Please Note: All sales are considered final. We currently do not offer a return policy. Exchanges are only processed for items that meet specific, valid criteria as outlined below.

Valid Reasons for Exchange

We will gladly process an exchange if your order has one of the following legitimate issues upon arrival:

  • Incorrect Item Received: The product delivered does not match the item ordered.
  • Manufacturing Defect: The item has a verifiable production fault or damage.
  • Incorrect Size Delivered: The size you received does not correspond to the size confirmed in your order receipt.
  • Exclusions (Final Sale)

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons related to customer preference, including:

  • Change of mind or 'second thoughts'.
  • Personal styling preference.
  • The desire for a different size (if the correct size was originally delivered).

All exchange requests must strictly adhere to the following conditions:

Condition Requirement Time Limit Request must be submitted within 5 calendar days of delivery. Item State: Item must be unworn, unwashed, and completely free of use or damage. The packaging item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached. Stock: All exchanges are strictly subject to stock availability.
